Haven't heard about Vans Custom Culture yet? It's a program that promotes creative expression among youth culture while supporting art in high schools across the US. Want to get involved? You have until Thursday, March 30th to get your class to register. Now for the big news, introducing the 2011 judges: Tattoo and graffiti artist Mister Cartoon, skate legend Tony Alva, and Jordan Buckley from Every Time I Die!
